A bit off topic (but this is the off topic forum). Yonks ago I was behind a small van and a sign on the back said "The driver of this van is a blind man". I wondered how a blind man managed to drive (this was long before self driving cars) until the van pulled in and parked and on the side it said "Venetian blinds, Roller blinds, Louvre blinds".

A friend of my mothers has T8 on a little Alfa hatchback, her father used to have T6 and T7 as well, must be worth a fortune. She said that car park ANPR cameras don't recognise it as a valid plate and she always has to go the booth, might well be the same with digital speed cameras, be worth having. |

My mates son returned from a years stint as part of his university engineering course working for Apple in California earlier this year. He shipped his Camero back to the UK complete with his California registration plate. You can choose your own registration out there as long as no-one else has it and it costs a paltry $25.
