No magic fix. Unit needs to come out and be serviced. Filters will be clogged and pump is now working overtime and is going to stop altogether costing more money.

If I take the unit out and service it how do I know if the pump is okay or pressure sensor is okay

Think I will order a service kit from Bell engineering and see what's its like inside.

Yes just a clean out. I flushed the unit with paraffin, I had a look at the clutch unit but thought best

Do you have a pit, ramp or was it just done on axle stands ? FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I usually use axle stands but this time I drove it onto two large pieces of timber around 3 inchs high.
