I spend most my time in traffic jams so a "hours" meter would be better than a mileage counter

We plan to. Just been busy with other things. We did more km in Italy! Being retired & close to the shops it's quicker to walk. Back to the actual topic, even though it looks like the Si4 can't make cappuccinos via the touchscreen, I still enjoy the thread. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device! Firstly, I did this primarily because I was retrofitting heated seats and as this involved the HVAC module it made sense to do this also as frankly there is very little hardware other than a new HVAC module with this feature.

Air Polution sensor mounted in its own little box for easy access if I need to. In my view this is a better solution as the factory location is more likely due to ease of production whereas my installation puts it directly in the airflow stream.

If I may, where exactly did you mount the sensor? |

It's mounted directly above the air intake on the baffle plate.
