Hey Jahooli - Welcome to the forum. Yes, that wiper motor should be good to repair your broken Freelander motor.

Steve. Welcome to the forum. I have had both manual and auto. I had no problem with the manual which I drove fom 74K to 103K with no major problems, which included caravan towing on holiday to Denmark/Sweden/Norway. All on the original clutch. The auto I have taken towing through France to Spain and back. I had some Haldex software problem at first but it has been trouble free for well over a year now. The auto seems better for towing but you lose on higher fuel consumption. The manual is an enjoyable drive. I like both! The choice is yours.

Hi Julian, I bought it from Guy Salmon in Stockport. Hopefully next year I won't be stranded on mottram moor after bad weather.

Welcome to the forum - whether you are an Italian speaker from Skipton; a Range Rover refugee from Cumbria or a Freelander fan from Lille. The Freelander2 will use more fuel than your Meriva but is much more fun to drive! It is easier on the pocket than your Range Rovers but much more reliable! It is better built than your FL1 and deceptively capable off road! Enjoy the forum!
