Gently squeeze some superglue into the split and gently push the trim together against the foam

Think it is a bit past superglue. And I know I would end up with the glue everywhere. Have attached a photo to show problem. |

Mine needs doing too,it's next on my "to do"list,along with having my steering wheel re-covered.Downside is that to do both jobs by local upholsterer would mean being without my car for a couple of days.

It's an effect of car height when climbing in, not drivers weight that's why some of us have side steps, standing on step when getting in means you do sit on edge of seat when getting in 2014 SE Loire Blue SD4 Auto (MY15)

Not only to do with weight, more to do with the vertically challenged, sliding off the seat rather than stepping out, of course if you're short and fat there is no hope |
