Took my LR2 in about a month ago for an emissions service recall along with routine maintenance after getting a letter from Land Rover, though that's all the information I have. Wonder if it's the same thing. |

So two of us so far have had a phone call from the same service centre but not one LR DEALERSHIP has contacted a member by phone?

Mine is in on Thursday to have the Transmission fault reduced traction issue seen to. I will ask about this while it is in and let you all know if I find out anything. |

PTC (Positive Temperature Coeficient) or something like that is a clever piece of Silicon which warms up very quickly, to aid initial heater performance especially on slow coolant warm up Diesel engines and then when it reaches a certain temperature the electrical resistance increases rapidly so allowing a self turn of feature.
