TD4=150bhp (ish) and SD4=190bhp(ish).

Isn't it the ed4 that is 2wd? My previous 2010 td4e was I'm sure 4wd and had the terrain response knob Current 2008 Freel2 HSE

Only difference between Td4/SD4 is software/mapping. However the Td4e has different injectors along with starter motor, alternator and a few other electronics to cater for the stop/start.

Stuart.....think the turbo is different on the SD4 too, as well as mapping changes. 2011 SD4 HSE Auto

Nop! Absolutely the same. Only difference was between LR and other Brands use of this engine. LR used variable vane single turbo charger where the other brand/s used twin turbo chargers.

SD4 was introduced with 2011 Model Year which went on sale in the UK in September 2010. |
