I have recently purchased a TD4 HSE 2010, pre facelift but it's great, lovely car to drive, looking for a couple of bits, which I guess I can ask for through the forum?

Hi guys (and girls) another newbie here. Been a landy nut for about 20 years ,some of you may know me from other landy forums.
Just sorned my TD5 whilst i decide weather to either repair or break her for parts.
Replaced her with a Freelander 2 HSE 2007 auto in Stornoway grey

Hi Group......happy Easter.

FL2 , i am looking to replace my F1 (2003 serengeti) has been a very good LR, and am
somewhat sorry to change it, but time is marching on.

What are the main issues regarding repairs ? - iam really talking about engine/gearbox/ird/, i know the
TD4 engine in my FR1 is a good unit, does the 2,2 in the FL2 have any issues?
The drive train gearbox/ird....have any issues ?
The brake sensors (on each wheel ?) cornering/stability control do they need replacing ofton ?
I am "guessing" there are sensors on each wheel due to the conering/stability controls on
the FL2 which were not fitted on the FL1
I do all the usual repair jobs myself....brakes/callipers/oils/filters/exhaust/electrical/towing etc
are these similar on the FL2 ?

My budget is 12-14k , and i would like a FL2 with less than 50k probably 2010/11 model.
I am also a little confused by the differant models available, i would not want a 2WD model and
i do not want the high spec model.
If i could find a landrover dealer with there warranty that would be good, but of cource the price
would be higher.

any help greatly appreciated.
