Saturday AM off to Rally Test Day at Forrest Estate. 2 miles up up up hill on rutted muddy forrest road to service area. Ran a few checks on my new noise meter. Home early afternoon and out with pressure washer.

'Popped down' to North Devon for the evening, then came home today. 500 mile round trip and the Freelie didn't put a foot wrong. Enjoyed a dog walk on Westward Ho! beach.

De-badged the "freelander 2" badge today. Hairdryer and flipped the letters off one at a time with my fingernail. The adhesive just rolled off when warm. Quick clean with meths than a dab of techwax. Looks much better and no marks to say they were ever there. 20 minutes all in. Decided the Metropolis badge will stay as it balances the LR on the left. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory |
