So, drove DS today; a 2.2 Auto. Proper (Ingenium) engines (well the 2L Diesel) are coming mid-year but will be CO2 page-turning 2WD. 4WD comes later along with other trim levels and the chance to spec 5 seats or 5+2. Looks good and ha slots of features. Just need to save up! Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red

I called in to have a look today and was impressed, it is definitely more of a 'car' than a Land Rover but I liked it, the interior was really nice, spacious and well built and as a family car it will fit the bill perfectly for me. I wasn't sure if the rear seats would be big enough but they are fine for younger kids, no worse than our current Zafira Tourer

saw one today at a farm show. nice cabin good leg room front and rear, but the death trap crumple zone seats just arnt right, and as my kids have legs they wouldnt fit in them anyway.

Freelander looks good in Firenze Red, not sure about this though, weird how all the pictures make it look very long, deceptive.

I fancy the Kaikoura Stone, the Scotia grey is nice but very green in the 'flesh' |
