With the spare I would check online to see how far out the rolling circumference would be.

You probably should not be running on H rated tyres to start with. With 17" wheels, LR specify a V rating. H is an option for winter tyres only, and Q for MT tyres. S rated tyres are not specified.

My General Grabbers AT's are H rated on 17" wheels. H ratings are for speeds up to 131 MPH. In the door pillar the badge gives tyre pressures for H and V tyres. I don't think having H rated tyres is a problem. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
