Tow bar

Hi guys , new member here , first question . I'm thinking of buying a FR2 to tow my big white shed . My question is do you guys with tow bars , can you see the 13pin electrics when not in use ? I'm looking for a detachable with single electrics . If you guys have any pics of the back of the car without the tow bar that would be most appreciated . I know I'm sad you guys don't need to tell me Rolling Eyes

Mine has a fixed swan neck tow bar fixed and it looks like a private bit of a man, still women might find it sexy. Ex 2010 Freelander2 GS-e Diesel manual Silver owner

Here's a couple of pics of the LR detachable tow bar with 13 pin socket. The socket does stick out but that is useful when trying to attach the cable. The angle of the sun makes it show up a bit more, the cover is black. With the LR tow bar you need to cut the rear bumper but the Witter tow bar drops underneath. Hopefully someone can supply some pics for that also.

Advice on here is to avoid the LR bars and go for a Witter one. Lots of articles if you use the search facility Thumbs Up

Got my genuine Land Rover (made by Thule and Brinks) fitted as part of the deal when I bought the car. Towed about 3000 miles so far with no issues but it will be back to the dealer if there are any prolems. GONE - '07 TD4 GS manual Zermatt Silver
