I thought we played well, a bit of the rub of the green it could have been different, what did Joe Hart have to do, the Italian keeper made a string of saves. We played well till Welbeck came off, it died then, the hole down our left was a problem though and our corners were woeful, three went straight through and one went in to the crowd. |

So, we routinely see snooker players actually cheating during a game? Many times a game? Pretening to be injured? Moving the ball to improve their position? Trying to get their opponent 'sent off' or penalised? Arguing with the referee? etc etc ...

I do recall an incident a few years when certain balls were moved, whilst we are mentioning cheating, is not match fixing cheating, Stephen Lee. |

I'd say that it's endemic in football. Stephen lee notwithstanding, I'd say that snooker's cleaner ... Be true to yourself. That way happiness lies... |

Without doubt its the worlds biggest televised cheating competition and always will be until FIFA do something about it, which they obviously aren't going to with the current regime. Unfortunately the referees only weapon is a card, I really think they should bring in a sin bin with minimum five minutes spells, someone doing in game analysis to catch cheating and inform the ref so he can sin bin them.

Aye, suppose so... I guess we'd see a lot more cheating in golf if there was more money in it.... oh, hang on... ... ... Be true to yourself. That way happiness lies... |

Brazil were not at their best last night. Netherlands came back well against Australia and it looks grim for Spain at half time. If they lose tonight, they are the first team out of the World Cup LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
