OK ... for all you land lubbers... its the eve of the event ...

Car is fuelled up, sandwiches & pies have been bought, the camera has been charged up, the memory card is ready for very many images, I have a co-driver (though NOT Mrs Avtur), I know where I'm going to ... so just about ready for the off. I hope that by this time tomorrow Npinks, me and others will be able to provide photographic evidence of a great day out ....

Onwards and upwards ... but I will stick to the blue routes ....

camera and camcorder got a charge today

Cars got half tank of fuel so will get a top up in the morning on the way (via Tesco for more LRE points)

Cleaned the car today too so i can see exactly how dirty it will get

Heard there is going to be a tuck shop van, so thats my dinner sorted
