Yeh I bought it at T&C, In Red. The service was pretty good, I ordered it just less than 2 weeks ago, although I have to take it back next week to get the leather seats - not a big deal because it only takes 1 day. I did get a free pen! 222 or triple 2 is the name of the mountain bike I used to race, also its the numbers on my number plate Thanks for the warm welcome www.222photography.co.uk |

Picked up my 2007 Stornoway grey HSE on Friday. Quite a few issues with the handover from the dealer but more on that anon once I've had a chance to discuss with him tomorrow and see what he does to rectify the issues.

Welcome on the forum and new FL2 ownership Altough the FL2 has the best off-road characteristics and abilities of her class she is still sold as an SUV. You cannot in earnest compare her to a Defender and expect to have the best road comfort and best off-road possible. You cannot expect her to be as good off road as a Discover 3 - with the pneumatic suspension and so on but then you will get better mpg but you will find her very capable off-road. Hope you get the better of the dealers at your meeting FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |

Typical advertising they will call anything anything aslong as it leads to a few more sales. But as you suggest using the SUV title is probably a bad move in the long term.

Call her an SUV might actually be a marketing move of LR as most peoples will not get her really off road and saying she is an off roader would imply not so good road comfort and bad mpg and would put most women (no offence ment to the brighter sex) off in buying one.

Now this mean living in a democracy So if you traded all this silver and fancied a change why not solid gold But then you do not own an oil field Wish I would own one. Could be small, very small just an output of 10 RRS a day would be nice FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |
