Hi guys, I believe the FL will cease beginning of 2015 and it'll be re-branded into the Disco range. I'm about to order a new FL2 and have a couple of questions - can you help?

Is anyone aware of any differences between the 2013/14 models?

Is there any point holding for the new reg if it there's no difference in them?

What's the typical turn around time from order to delivery?

I have on order an MY14 for 1st March as waiting for the new reg. MY14 vehicles are only starting to get built this month and normally it's about an 8-10 week wait depending on what optional extras you have specified. Their are no major differences as such. The S and GS now get signature lights but as their price have gone up a fraction you are paying for it. HSE LUX comes with grand black lacquer around whole centre console. Had it from new been a joy to own. I'm sure you will enjoy your FL2, I have loved owning mine and will enjoy the last few months with it.

At least your still staying loyal to the green oval buddy Ive been fortunate to drive all the Land Rover Range apart from the Evoque or even a Freelander 2 yeah thats right I placed an order for a Freely without even taking one for a test drive at all

Guess Im just a die hard fan so Im sure I will not be disappointed plus Im sure it drives much better cant fault the Freelander 1 though just saying it as a comparison. Wonder if anyone else has placed an order for a new one without ever driving it
