Brings back great memories of being a kid and getting excited about the caravan holiday with family. Mostly went to Cornwall, Dad's car always overheated at some point. As was the way then, most people where able to strip down and fix their cars in a layby!! It was a very social event, caravans everywhere along the roads and everyone flashing their lights at a fellow vaner.

It is a stunning looking van mate. Is it as fantastic inside as out? Do you have any pics? |

Thanks Bill, we are indeed interested and when we hopefully get around to 'The Wirral' I'll be in touch We do a bit of homework to all the places we intend visiting with a 'must see' list worked out beforehand, have a look at my knocked up website for the type of places/activities we enjoy. |

If you were to use the Caravan Site at Thurstaston it is adjacent to a walk called "The Wirral Way" which follows the route of the old railway line from West Kirby to Hooton. Not as long as some you have done judging from your website.

Cheers Wiz, Must admit to her having the stronger legs now, my walk up Ben Lawers with her was my last mountain and it was a bit of a struggle.
