Hello people. Many thanks for the reply. The model I am going to look at tomorrow is a 2010 (59 plate) TD4e S.32000 miles. Its from a main dealer etc. Any tips? Any more info on what MPG I could hope to achieve etc?

Make sure you give the clutch a good test. 6th gear around 2000rpm and floor it. Watch the rev counter as well.

Thanks for all the tips. I'm hoping to achieve late 30 to 40 MPG on a run. Thats on a 155 mile trip on A road (dual carriageway and motorways. Mostly flat.

Hello, I'm new to the forum and have to say there is a lot of useful information on here. I'm after some advice on an imminent purchase of a new FL2 dynamic/HSE.
