Finally got a sunny day, so took her onto Dartmoor for her first pics. See gallery. Clocked up 260 miles in less than a week, just driving for the sake of driving, and loving it. Was GS TD4 Auto, Privacy, Santorini with Tundra & Alpaca, Cold Climate Pack. Traded for Discovery Sport HSE Auto. |

Hi CG, was going to shoot the inside but my RoadAngel (early type) with dangly cable makes it look untidy. Will perhaps do it though. Thinking of replacing it with a Garmin 760T to get satnav as well. Anybody got one, as AutoExpress rated it top in issue 1000. Was GS TD4 Auto, Privacy, Santorini with Tundra & Alpaca, Cold Climate Pack. Traded for Discovery Sport HSE Auto. |

Is that long hand for "ok CG its full of banana skins?" I have a garmin nuvi 300, simple but effective and fits in the dash nicely. cheap too . It was the auto express pauper recommendation I think. |

Some interior pics added to gallery, thus proving to CG that it's not full of crisp packets etc. I love the Tundra/Alpaca trim as it's light and contrasty and it's the only option on the GS if you want Alpaca, cos Reef and Ebony come with Ebony carpets etc. Was GS TD4 Auto, Privacy, Santorini with Tundra & Alpaca, Cold Climate Pack. Traded for Discovery Sport HSE Auto. |

Ok I was wrong about the banana skins but there is a monkey/gorilla on the dash so I wasn't too far off |

The 'thing' on the dash next to the RoadAngel is the so-called 'radar detector' that came with it! I say 'so called' cos it's never uttered a sound when I've approached radar guns and Partnership vans. Once they make that bit illegal I'll remove it.

To prove my allegiance to BLACK 4x4s, have added pics of 2 previous rides to gallery. FL1 had black side prot'n tubes and X-Trail had s/s side steps.
