United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Baltic Blue

Have seen this mule a few times over the last couple of months bowling up the Kineton Road through Bishops Itchington....normally around lunchtime the Cammy'd up motors from Gaydon are found parked up in Tesco Southam while the testers grab sandwiches! Laughing Foraging near Gaydon....

The thing that I don't like ( and it the same for thing evoke) is the sloping roof. Not only is the view out the back limited practicality is reduced.....

True, they will lose a lot of customers if the slope it down. If it's selling well
leave it alone.
Why do they have to put seven seats in cars? You will need a PSV
licence soon to drive 'em!
Is that really a new Landy? it reminds me of the Skoda Yeti F Censored g ugly

No, it's not really a new Landy. it's just a mule. The body is just lashed together to cover what they're actually testing here - drivetrain and/or suspension components. You can bet the new Freelander won't look like that! As others have said, it's basically an Evoque body which has been hacked about - mainly at the rear - to cover what looks like a longer wheelbase.

The thing is it would fit well with the evoke and rr and rrs designs as well.... I would not be supprised if it was similar if not the same

I am going to rant now, so please forgive me.

ITS NOT A BLOODY EVOQUE!!!!

When will people realise that these test cars are nothing. Just mules made up from different parts to hide running gear they are testing.

Do you really think a car company will drive a new model, lightly disguised like that several years before launch? Of course they won't.

So as some people on hear have already said, IT IS NOT THE NEW FREELANDER BODYWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rant over! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
