Mav71,
It's only those who've had the privilge of working in the Auto industry who fully understand all the build phases and how 'stick on' panels are deliberately design to fool people. Auto press in particular Laughing

I found it best to sit back and read comments/articles which were miles off the mark with great amusement Rolling with laughter
It's also better for the blood pressure Thumbs Up

The only time to sit up and take notice is when some detail that gets out to the Auto rags is correct Big Cry
Fortunately, that's very rare but always followed by a witch-hunt as to it's origin.
Often followed by a sacking. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Yes you are right and I agree with you 100%. I just find it amazing that people on here state that these things are not the real deal and to ignore it ect, but others still post up that they think it's the real thing and comment on the styling! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Obviously the prototypes and pre-production models will break cover nearer to the launch date as they have to test them on the highway as opposed to the test track, but would think this will not be until late 2014.
Also would expect the pre-production models to be seen nearer to Liverpool.

Cut some bloody slack Mav, if we were all perfect like you we wouldn't need half the members, in fact dealers could use the forum for the perfect poster with the perfect answer.

There's s Censored t written about tyres, noises, clutches, glow plugs etc but in between these s Censored t posts are some good ones. If people complained at every thread written we'd need more than two moderators to sort out the anarchy.

Forums are notorious for wrong answers, just rely on peoples intelligence to 'wheedle' out the right ones without insulting them by saying they know 'jack Censored

I wish my replies were all correct in my posts, but they're not, I'm just a mere mortal.

My rant over.

I think there must be some Halewood employees living where I live. In the months prior to the launch of the Evoque I spotted a few knocking around here.
