I have not heard this but you would think there would be some reward for offsetting. |

I cant see that paying £85 to fund a windmill in China is going to stop the govt taxing us just the same as everyone else |

They will be taxing payments to CO2 offset programmes next How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

We are paying tax on the CO2 offset payment. VAT is charged against this payment which seems a bit much seeing its supposed to be a voluntary payment.
