Hi Everyone !

I’m Liam from the Land Rover CRC.

I’m here to provide assistance and help resolve any concerns you may be experiencing. I’ve been working at the CRC for a year taking inbound calls for Jaguar and have now moved over to the Social Media team.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you all here at Freel2. If anyone has any questions or needs assistance feel free to contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

Many Thanks, Please note that although Jaguar Land Rover will try to assist you with your issue, we are unable to provide any direct technical advice. This account will be available between 0900 and 17:00 hours Monday – Friday. If it is outside of this time, and you require assistance, please feel free to drop us a Private Message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can

I'm sure members of this forum will treat you with appropraite respect!

It might be useful if you briefly outline your services; e.g. I expect you're not in a position to answer anything technical. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Hi Pegleg,

Thank you for the welcome.

You are correct, I’m unable to provide technical advice, as I’m sure you can appreciate it’s difficult to diagnose a concern without being able to see the vehicle.

If there are any vehicle related questions or a vehicle is having repairs carried out at a dealership and further assistance is required I am happy to get involved.

Kind Regards,
Liam Please note that although Jaguar Land Rover will try to assist you with your issue, we are unable to provide any direct technical advice. Hi Liam

I have seen similar CRC members join on the sister forums so I hope it works as well

I would prefer that your credential are checked out prior to members providing you with personal data, is that possible?

hello

Hello all,
Am now the proud owner of Fl2 HSE on an 07 plate. Am very happy with the car, tbh, I owned an FL1 and missed the space and size (not the dramas though) have looked over the forum and found some sound advice and questions that I needed answers to, in particular the rear door only unlocking from the boot unlock button rather than the all doors unlocking button, will get it fixed under warranty soon.
Am planing on changing the front grill as the current one is a bit too shiny for me. Will post some before and after pic's when I do it.

so any way, Hello Smile

Welcome Shamus Thumbs Up

I was going to change my front grille; it's still in my garage, didn't fancy hacking out the original! Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Hi shamus and welcome. The boot not unlocking is quite common, normally water getting in the switch. New switch and all will be sorted. Thumbs Up
