I have a 2010 Freelander with a heated front screen - will this affect the operation of the French toll road tags. Some other forums suggest it may - the dark patches next to the rear view mirror are the recommended areas to place the tags but on my car, the heater wires still appear to be visible. |

I use a sanef Liber-t tag on the heated screen of my 2011 GS. As recommended I stuck it on the dark section close to the rear view mirror. No problems. |

Thanks TreknTrail, I have ordered a tag now and will give it a try on the way to Lugano next month. |

I use the EZ-Pass here in the eastern US. I placed it right behind the mirror where I cannot see it. It works perfectly. I'm not sure if it is like the European tags, but I see no issues with transmitter interference.
