Just to note that we have Samsung U600 and U700V and although they pair neither will download phone book so it's a bit 'manual' |

Ive gone for a nokia 6300 in the end, Two actually one for Mrs George too, Mine will live in a rubber skin to protect it and so Mrs George doesn't pick it up by accident as our phones will be twins. Also a third I also got free as an upgrade on my mothers phone so that will be my spare if I can resist the temptation to sell it on ebay. |

When we swap drivers of the fl2 the green screen always asks which phone to connect to, mine or Mrs G's. Should it not pair automatically to which ever phone is in bluetooth range? If mine was the last phone paired and I jump in and drive off no probs, but if Mrs George drives it next the car wants to know which phone to pair even though my phone is nowhere near.

I think the range is 10meters, but its also dependent on the phone spec, also PTI looks for the last phone, so if you swap a lot it might explain why it appears to always ask which phone

I think it asks each time which phone you want to pair with even if they're not in range. My wife's phone isn't even on the LR list but paired and synched the phone book no problem. She's got some old Panasonic job which is years old. 08 Santorini Black HSE manual with DAB and privacy glass |
