You are right EY, I didn't mean to tar everyone with a single brush, I shouls have put "some of" into the sentence, a good example of why we should be more careful before we post. |

Well if they were arrested after being zapped they could then sue you if they are injured (as daft as it sounds). I got a B+ in my first year of law studies for an essay on the duty of care owed and liability for people legally or illegally on an occupiers land under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957 and the Occupiers Liability Act 1984. 3 key elements to establish: 1. Duty of care is owed 2. Duty has been breached 3. The breach caused a loss (injury) There is a requirement under the Occupiers Liability Act 1984 on your part to put up warning signs of the hazard.
