You are right Phil, most people abide by the limits, only one that was a problem was a chavved up accord with "P" plates on trying to outgun everyone on the way over to Bondi, some Lebonese in a C63 Merc saw him off ..... I think he was then shot

Hope you had a great time Taz , back home in 2 weeks to our lovely dreary weather, at least I don't have to look forward to work when I get home. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.

I have heard of the clay, I have it at home (thought haven't used it yet). NSW is particularly well known for having a good number of speed cameras. It is in fact the only place I ever got a speeding fine, when I didn't slow down from 100km/h to 50km/h when going through a country town on the Pacific Highway! And, yes, bogans (or chavs as they seem to be referred to in the UK now) can often be seen trying to hoon anyone away from the lights. It is funny to watch them try and look cool, with their car pumping about a litre of engine oil out of the exhaust as they go! Real cool! Glad you guys all had/are having a good time over here. I didn't mind being a kid in Blackpool but this place is the better place to be. 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame. |

I'm not sure at what point this happens, but if the car hasn't been used for a few weeks, it goes into hibernation mode to save power. If you can't open the doors with the fob, then you need to open it with the key via the passenger door. This then wakes the car up again. I had this when I was away for 2 months. |

There is no correlation between rego number and year of manufacture like in the UK. I don't think there is even a 'system'. 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame. |

Do the plates stay with the car or the owner to put on their next car? As I seen what look like new cars with tatty old looking plates. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.
