England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Tonga Green

Another point I could add:

I've had leather seats in the past and found them to be too hot for my comfort.....

So I looked at the S model with cloth as standard - the GS I got has cloth seats Thumbs Up 2002 Honda VFR800

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Narvik Black

My S has been a faithful workhorse for the last 4 years and 100,000 miles !

It has never let me down, gone through and over everything I have asked it to and I have not had to worry about tearing lovely leather interiors etc.

The only time I think terrain response would give you an advantage would be on sand, but as I do not live in the desert that's not been an issue. 16 inch wheels and tall tyres have also let me breath easy from alloy scrapes etc.

Bad points.... The radio is possibly the worst I have had in any car owned in the last 20 years and there appears to be a tyre supply issue on 215/75/16's at the moment ( see my post in general).

The S..... Buy, abuse and enjoy !
