Did mine this time last year. As everyone has said they are dead easy, most of the time is taken in jacking up and removing/refitting the wheels. My complete set both front/rear lasted 37k, although the fronts were in slightly better condition than the rears. |

Anyone back off the bleed screw when pushing the piston back to prevent the c p going back to the master cylinder? Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice. |

i thought the same when i was told my rear pads were requiring replacing, LR said it was a smaller pad (i took that as thickness or size) and possibley made from a softer compound Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

I was at 30,000 miles. Dealer said they were low on 30k service, and offered to do them. I declined, and had ordered a set from ebay by the time I picked the car up. Dealer said they were less than 3mm of pad. Hmm. Maybe they measure like the tyre fitters do by just putting their finger in the tread! Anyway, by the time I had the wheel off, thought I might as well get on with it despite there being a fair bit of life left. MY10 TD4.e HSE Bali Blue |
