Interesting. Mine has nearly 6,000 miles on it and there's hardly any tyre wear on my Continentals.

I would say around 20,000. Some may say different tho, depends how you drive and weather you have lots of roundabouts where you live? |

If they are still legal after 21000 miles then you're doing pretty good, its a heavy car to throw around and 'edge wear' would normally be showing at that mileage.

I generally swap them at 4mm and that is usually at 30,000 on the freelander, now I have sold the caravan it should be nearer to 35,000 |

28000 miles and only changed 2 of the 4, changed another at 32000 miles after piece of metal got embedded in the side wall, other tyre was still fine after 36000 miles when i got rid of the car. |

Mine are getting thin with only 15300 miles on them. They are the original conti tyres. I think I will need a new set before winter if it is going to be anything like last years. |

The original 18" Wranglers I had on my first Freelander 2 I'm confident they would have reached 40000 I sold it when it had 36000 on and the worst one was down to 3mm, Running on Continentals now and I can't see them getting to 25000 |

Just hit 95,000 and there is still a few thousand left on my second set of Wranglers (235s on 18 inch rims). The second set haven`t done as well as the first which ran to nearly 60,000.

I seem to remember the first origanal ones going quite fast in about 2 summers and a spring. Think that amounts to about 20k miles. Winter tyres are still ok after 2nd season (estimate 15k miles), should be fine for at least 1 more season, maybe 2 targetting 30k miles, New summers ok for past 15k miles, think they'll be doing 30k plus.
