I fitted a set of BF Goodridge All Terrains at about 23k. I'm now on 60k and the tyres are just about one third worn.

42000-ish on OE Continentals. Put on the unused spare and bought 3 to match putting the best original as spare. BIt of an issue finding 108V rating to be the same all round but Ripon LR was the best buy (how about that!) Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red

At 32,000 miles off the original Goodyear wranglers. Still have 4 mm left all round. So should do 40k.

Got 50,000 KM on my Latitudes. Just put on GO 72 Yokohama Geolanders for the winter on my 19" stock rims. These (winter radials) are simply awesome for winter driving over the Latitudes. If you are looking for winter radials these things rock. |

35,000 miles on original Wranglers, with around 2-3mm of tread left. I changed them because they were starting to aquaplane on the motorway. I'm now on General Grabber UHPs, 5,000 miles & haven't noticed any wear, and brilliant in the wet. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

My original set of Continentals (17" rims) lasted for 25,000 miles before reaching 2mm. All 4 tyres wore down at exactly the same rate. |

Replaced first set at 34k; bought 3 new Conti 4x4 Contact and put on the new spare keeping the best part-worn in the back. I've been happy with them in the dry, wet and snow.

My Conti 4x4 Contact 108V's have about 3mm left at 33k. (previous set changed at 34K with about 2-3 mm left. Now saving up for a new set and thinking of trying Wrangler 108V's. I assume that for towing a white box, the 108 load rating should give a bit less roll on the tyres and feel more stable than 104's. However, I'm sure somebody will be happy to tell me something different. Incidentally, mine were charged with nitrogen at fitting and I find that the pressure in all tyres has stayed pretty much the same over the last couple of years and never more than 0.5 psi between tyres. |
