Hi, opened the window no problem, went to close it, it went all the way up but then drops back down about half way. Have tried it several times and keeps doing the same thing. Anyone got any ideas?

There is also another reason why the window will do that.
A safty feature. If the window exceeds a set resistance while being closed, lets say a childs arm is sticking out then as the resistance increeses it will then wind down to allow the object to be removed.
If the door seal and guide the the window travels in becomes damaged or fouled up say with fizzy pop etc the window will be wound down, this also prevents damage to the motor winding mechinism and the glass its self.
