Wales 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Santorini Black

There's something missing from this thread about Wales.
I live 'next door' to Wales and it has some of the most fantastic off road areas possible and loads of them. Some suitable for your mountain bike and some suitable for your FL2.
What more could you ask for?

I've bought the electric fence to keep the sheep away from the caravan and i'm heading to Wales next year Laughing

Aswell as booking, my normal haunts and a trip to the Lakes this morning (was going to go to Braithwaite Fold but my caravan is 20cm too long Laughing )

Having to work around my sons school holidays now Sad so i have only managed to book 42 nights away

still hopefully get away for other weekends too Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I've just looked at braithwaite fold, my van is too big as well, damn!

I am heading troutbeck instead, looking at the Braithwaite pic's and description it looks a very tight site, max outfit 7m and can't accommodate large awnings

Its my first year been governed by school holidays Evil or Very Mad , so i am going to see how we manage this year, then if i find I'm not using it enough, i might either sell up or look at a seasonal pitch instead Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I've booked up the dates I am certain of for next year, second outing will be expensive as the other parties involved are a little on the sqeaky side Whistle

I feel its such a shame to waste its potential, having it parked up is a waste when it could be blocking peoples roads etc Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
