Nick, it is just total engine cut out, then back on again but as earlier no ignition lights or any other lights for that matter come on. It is not I believe total electrics as the radio stays on the wipers still keep going and the headlights stay on. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior |

That's no joke Shilen, we have already discussed that we will if they cannot fix it for good that we will get shot with the dealer having to come up with a deal to recompence us, now swmbo says good can we have a Black one, Black I ask you I'm not dead yet, when that time comes it will be I will be travelling in a box, her second choice is Rimini, which I know you will agree with sadly I could not take the abuse from other members like you do, so if it does happen it will have to be Stornoway or Largo. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior |

seem to remember reading an article in a car mag ages ago when the engine was first put in the then top spec mondeo's some had the same problem may be worth enquiring on a ford forum or ford main dealer.

Is there a possibility that the problem I have is related to the thread that was on here a couple of months back where the guy said that his HDC was cutting in at 70mph How would he know it was HDC and was is just doing what mine is
