Despite setting memory for the seat to be right back, whenever i press the memory to get it back to where I have set it, I always have to "push" the seat back a couple of centimeters. An minor but annoying fault. Never goes down on its own though Freelander 2.2e HSE , Privacy, Fully debadged, 19" Chrome SHadow alloys |

My seat has dropped since the day I got the car in March 09. It has been back to the dealers three times and had a new seat base fitted. It was in on Monday and they said that LR Tech had requested that they took a picture of me in the car seat at the position I usually had it set, cannot see how this will help them. Any way I have had enough and have complained to Customer Services saying that the car is not fit for purpose if they cannot fix the problem. It is obviously a national problem as the technician admitted there was a problem with frl 2 's and Disco's seat bases but LR are not able to solve it I also asked Customer Services if they were going to do a recall they were non committall

Ask them to replace the seat with an electric model, problem solved probably cheaper than numerous attempts to fix the existing seat? |
