Crank Sensor, or it's wiring/connection. |

Throttle body failing can give random stalling and loss of power issues. Crank sensor or it's plug gave similar issues on mine.

Much appreciated, it adds up that it might be a crank sensor issue. I will get one ordered over the weekend |

Quick update - Crank sensor on way from J Craddock and no issues in the meantime until this evening. Whilst idling at traffic I was experiencing intermittent surging up to 1500rpm. This surging persisted for the next 10 minutes until I got home.

Replaced the crank sensor, no issues since. Cheap and cheerful fix thanks to contributers on here. |
