I had the same problem, and the cable end had come out of its slot at the inner handle end.

Hi Jules. Sorry for the late reply. its not possible to remove the internal lock lever, and thanks for asking on Landyzone for me, much appreciated. i have never heard of Landyone. |

I've not read the whole thread, but has the fuse for that door been checked? FA3 or FA4, I forget which, but those power the rear door modules in each rear door. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Chatting about door lock actuators with my Indy this morning. Mine is one of those that eats these things. Seems he has the same issue as OP on his RRS. Actuator failed but in deadlock state.
