1, remove the indicator light by pushing it forward and pulling it out then unplug it.

Just tried to get mine off for a repaint. Watched all the videos but buggar me they will not pull out. Nearly takes my fingertips off trying to pull thge bottom out. |

You have to try and squeeze the bit that the side repeater comes out of which pretty hard with just finger power.

Got them off eventually. How I did not break something amazes me. They look a lot better, as does the tailgate handle, as now painted in the proper LR colour. |
