I had a similar EGR fault after Service & MOT at local garage .

Thanks for the reply hogey - I have booked it in at the Land Rover dealer for a diagnostic check and will go from there |

call the rac,or aa,it will be cheaper ,even if you have to join up with the basic cover.RAC has top diagnostics. |

Egr blanking on an Sd4, you can't completely blank it off. Need to use the plate with hole in it. Really easy to fit, 2 bolts to undo at front of engine, access is easy. Not sure it makes much difference however. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948
