Power Steering Stop Leak???

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has used "Power Steering Stop Leak by Wynns" from Halfords?

I ask as when looking at the specifications it mentions can be used with Dexron 2 & 3, LHM etc BUT no mention of whether it can be used with Pentosin or a fluid meeting CHF202 specification.

Would I be safe in using this???

Thanks

I wouldn't use it as it doesn't do the pump any good Shocked Common sense isn't very common.

Quick answer is no, it won't be compatible, and it won't stop a leak either.
Get source of the leak identified and fixed. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

The reservoir has a very fine filter / strainer built in. It blocks and destroys the whole hydraulic system, pump dies filling hoses and rack with swarf that cannot be removed by flushing - I speak from bitter experience.

Now you want to add something to the system that blocks up small holes Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner
