That one is sold now! I am finding it difficult to find a good used older FL2. I have looked at a couple but they needed too much spending on them on top of an overly inflated asking price. I walked away.

Much as I really respect the Freelander, I can't see that it can last. With no current equivalent available new from Land Rover, even at these inflated prices, they still look not only better, but also like very good value for money when compared to the current offerings. However, they will have to drop out of the dealer networks during the next 18 months as they can no longer be covered by the "Approved" scheme and with them subsequently moving into the unfranchised used dealers and private adds they have finally got to depreciate!

I just paid 25k for one with 6,900 MLS on it, and very happy indeed. |

The dealer from which I bought mine said that they sell themselves (Freelander) and never sit in stock for long, plenty of customers still want a lower mileage Fl2. I know I did Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Quite an amazing number, and a heck of a lot of them with low miles too.

It's just a pity they don't price your Par Ex as favourably.
