I just had to change out the fan on my 3.2 i6 due to the fan failing so this may or may not be useful to you. The AC should function fine once you are moving, even if the fan is not working. If it's not cooling when you are moving then I would suspect something else is wrong. I ordered a complete fan and module assembly but expected to only have to change out the module but it turned out to be the fan motor that was bad. Since my car was 10 years old, I pulled the front bumper and radiator since I had to do a coolant change as well. |

Yep, same code I got using the icarsoft. You can check for 12v on the upper connector (3 wires, 2 large for power and 1 small purple wire for the fan control signal). If power is there, your fuse is OK. You can also jumper power from the battery or the upper connector direct to the lower (motor) connector to check if your fan is working correctly. |
