Mine does this occasionally, usually when I've disconnected the battery for some reason. The normal solution is to recalibrate the window ecu's.

I remember that being the same procedure in a Vauxhall Cavalier SRI that I had. In addition to the auto close function, resetting them was required for the safety shut off. Showing someone the 'safety shut off' (where the window reverses direction when it encounters an obstruction), not long after I had fitted a new battery I put my fingers on top of the window and sent it up. It nearly broke my fingers! That's how I found out about resetting windows..... Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
