Well,I don't think this is going to happen now, went to dealers and tyres weren't quite as good as I remembered, apparently they won't replace unless under 3mm These were really close to it!! But they would not offer anything towards cost so have walked away, not good when spending 22k

Last time I bought an approved used the dealer said that it was supposed to have at least 4mm on tyres. I wonder if there is a spec somewhere? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Pleased to get it sorted, car has full size spare that's unused so will just get three more to match as and when, they re also going to tax it , tank of fuel, and sort couple of minor things we had been arguing about.

My brother usually buys a new car every 3 years, (it's Honda Civic but otherwise he's a nice guy) this time he decided to keep it as he has only done 11k miles (!) So last week he had a call from the dealer asking him to come in to see the new model. They offered a good trade in plus £2k off the new one plus servicing deal etc etc.

Started prepping for arrival of new car next week, have removed mud flaps and black vent covers from mine to go on new car , also got some orange side repeaters as they will look better against the black and green, still to take out the tom tom and armrest

They should have access to computer records (assuming it is a Land Rover main dealer). The records include servicing, recalls and software updates. |

My dealer told me that before a certain registration date (I can't recall when) the service records are only held locally by the dealers.
