ok thanks so understand the aux out for sound bit thanks.

Regarding power in where i the best place to tap in I have figured out that I have a red fused cable with (ACC+) a yellow fused cable with (B+) labels so these must be the power in cables. There is also a black cable labeled (GRND) I assuming is ground.

The other cables are brown (brake), purple/black (reverse) and orange (ILL) god knows what that one is?

starting to understand this! Very Happy

Yup red perm live, yellow switched live, black ground, brown handbrake (stops feed while driving), purple/black taps into reverse light live feed (switchs reverse cam on automaticly when i reverse, think it green with yellow stripe in loom that runs along back edge of spare wheel well), orange illumination (connects to side light positive to dim screen at Night when lights are on)

Apologies if red is acc this would be switched live making yellow permenent. Although B+ is not a standard term so not 100% on the yellow

ok it already has a fuse.

where to cut in the live connections is confusing bit. I am tempted to remove the factory cabling first from the lcd head to the sat nav box under the seat since it does confuse where it might go
