Belgium 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Glad to hear it IS Sornaway Grey - good colour.

Amusing to see the Icelandic number plates identified as such with the 'IS' and flag. Do Icelanders ever take their cars abroad??? It would seem a bit far!

And do you see many foreign number plates in Iceland?

Iceland

Heh, no...it is mostly Icelandic plates here. Occasionally you will see something else. In the summer you do see more plates, particularly on caravans. A lot of people take the ferry over from Europe with their cars then drive around the country.

When I first got here, my car still had New York license plates on it, and I was quite an oddity. You are allowed to keep them until your car gets its new Icelandic plates. One Sunday morning, the cops pulled me over. They have very little to do here, and they were just curious as to why I was driving around with New York plates...of course the documents were in order so it wasn't a problem. But short answer, no -- there are not many foreign plates, though you do see some...

Italy 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Lago Grey

Hi All

I have finally returned to Italy with a new FL2 HSE Lago Grey. The journey to here in the Gargano was perfect. Great car. It's now on honeymoon while the Mitsubishi L200 takes the strain, but one of these days it will have to do the business.

If any one knows the Administrator of LF2 Italia please tell him I seem to be having a problem logging on Big Cry

Ciao 09 HSE Auto Lago Grey/Almond Napoli. Privacy glass.

The problem is solved, I think.
Your presentation is on the forum, and I have asked the Administrator to give you a distinct thread.

Car looks great. Is that Stornaway or Lago Grey? (I have Stornaway on order, but not quite sure how it will look in the flesh)

I really envy the scenery and off-road driving potential you have. Please put up more pics when you can - and you being a photographer, we expect some quality shots!

I think the car is Stornaway grey -- I am not sure though.

If you can be patient as long as 4 weeks, I will show a picture with Stornaway Grey og Lago Grey "side by side".
I have an appointment with a Lago abroad. LR Freelander2 2,2 Td4 HSE manuel Stornaway Grey (Metallic) & Ebony Black Leather & Sun/Moon-roof & Bi-Xenon & Roof Rails & Tow bar & Body side rubbing strips & Cold climate pack & Privacy glass & NavTeq . Production Date: 11/5-2007 in Halewood.
