Drove over 1400 miles down to Javea in Catalunya, Spain over the past week, towing the caravan. Started off @ 7-9deg, rising to 20. Clear skies, bright sun & 22 deg today. Still with the winter boots on. Will change them in April when we get home. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Started to clean my car. Let my son borrow my FL2 for work last week whilst his was at the dealers having diff and wheel bearings fixed. He said that it could have been worse if the weather had been bad.

Took all wheels off for a proper clean, then sealed/waxed with Poorboys wheel stuff. Now knackered, did not realise how heavy the wheels actually are. Look lovely though now they are sparkling. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory |

Did day 1 of the clean. Bodywork washed and interior hoovered and shampoo'd - this is where the normal guy says the car is clean. Tomorrow for the clay, and machine polish - got some new products to try, and a couple of waxes to do..

Fitted LED side lights as the standard bulbs were a bit yellow next to the other lights. Bought from AF and very pleased with the service from Steve.

Got a new (to me) grille fitted today, after my previous one was restyled/shattered by a low flying pheasant.
