United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Ipanema Sand

Chuffed with night breakers unlimited.
Difference is really noticeable, a whiter and much stronger bulb. I reckon dipped nb's are equivalent to the main beam standard bulbs I had last night. Not scientifically tested, just my opinion !
The main beam is fantastic.
Money well spent Thumbs Up

After trying all the internet sites for General Grabber AT's 236/65/70 best price I could get for 2 was £140.00 inc. VAT each plus a fitting charge.
So went to locally owned tyre house and got them at £120.00 inc. VAT each fitted.
Lesson always ask the small local man if he can do a good deal.

Dunkley,

Yes you are correct and it had been a long day. Laughing
Was up and out at 07.30 and walked across our local open spaces and then over the Golf Course for 2 hours, plus walked into town to get the paper.(Not bad for a 75 year old)
Then back home to make some bread.
Out again after lunch to see a relative, church in the evening, TV posting on here and bed at 23.00.

Now up at 07.00 waiting for "her in doors" to finish with bathroom so can shower and then off to see the New Hoylake RNLI lifeboat arrive at its new home. It is a new "Shannon" class driven by water jets to enable it to launch in much shallower water than our existing Mersey Class.

Pictures of existing and new boat here http://www.hoylakelifeboat.org.uk/

Cheers,

Changed my front discs and pads today. Discs were down to 25.55mm Embarassed Fitted genuine LR pads & discs bought from the 'bay.... Cost? £95.98. Very Happy Rears to do at next opportunity, although those discs are still in the wear limits. I have the new parts already, cost was £19.98 for genuine LR (TRW) pads from the 'bay and £74.90 for the discs from Dan at Duckworths. Total parts cost £190.86 Thumbs Up 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Fitted some Nightbrakers the other day and they seem a good deal brighter, also some new front indy bulbs as the old ones had half peeled off the bulbs, looks much more orange now Thumbs Up

Put some tape on my mums car infront to find the top level of the beam before fitting the new ones and once replaced the NBs were at the same level as before, the drivers side is abit higher than the passenger side but I guess this is normal?

Also changed the injector spill off pipe which tbh I think has made her feel more zippy Shocked Think I will still change the other two pipes as well so they are all new
