Now report it to the managers, if she works at the same place, she should be reprimanded, I'm sure they and other members of staff won't like working side by side with someone that does that to a colleagues car, maybe if they ban her from the carpark and she has to find somewhere else to park at her cost

It was a public car park but because our building being a high security building due to the fact we have high level politicians / overseas heads of state coming and going for TV and Radio interviews, so we have cameras mounted in block radius, most are hidden.

The woman works in a advertising agency down the road, I have put the picture of her on our notice board so everyone at work knows about her and little antics

Maybe a phone call to the advertising agency, and say her car has just been (Slayed by Santa)
Or even "Rudolf-ed "  Wales
Were the mud is thicker, and the ruts are deeper.
