I'm going to guess it has to go to LR to have it switched off.

LR dealer can reconfigure the car to disable drive away locking.Dual stage unlocking can be cancelled by your self. |

The dealer can configure it, I was asked on delivery of mine. |

The two stage unlocking is done on the Fob, (RTFM) it's in the manual page 6 on the MY11 |

To disable two stage unlocking, unlock the vehicle and then simultaneously hold the lock and unlock buttons for three seconds. The vehicle will lock and then unlock and the hazard warning lights will flash twice to confirm the change. 2013 RR Evoque Pure Tech

Thanks Bugblatter. The two-stage locking was driving me mad too 1Wish. Hopefully this fix will work on my older car.
